Hu Han-min In Moscow.

Mr. Tang Hin-tat, who recently returned from Europe, stayed with Mr. Hu Han-min for a considerable time in Moscow.

Besides making a detailed report of Mr. Hu Han-min's sojourn to Mr. Wang Ching-wei, Mr. Tang brought back several of his articles to Canton to be published in the newspapers. The following

statement is a resume of Ho Han. min's travels in Russia. Conversation With The Soviet Government Officials

Mr. Hu met the Labor leaders and inspected the State Mineral Smelting Works, the Automobile Factory, the Rubber Goods Factory, the Cotton Mills and the Sugar Refineries.

Commerce

Mr. Hu discussed Soviet Trade policies with the Commissar of Trade.

The Revolutionary Museum, Por. celain Museum, Arts Museum, and Tzariat Palace art treasures visited by Mr. Hu.. Inspection Of Lenin's Mausoleum A special visit was made to Lenin's Mausoleum,

many prominent officials of the || Inspection Of Halls And Clubs Soviet Government such as the Chairman of the Country's Scheme Committee, Chief of the People's Commissariat of Peasantry and the Chief of the People's Commissariat of Communications. International Communism And Russian Communism

The Young Communist League's Central Club, and the Red Pioneers Central Club were institutions which were flourishing vigorously. || Finance

Mr. Hu Han-min conversed with several persons on Communist aims and policies.

Educational Circles

Besides enquiring into the Educa- tional policies of the Soviet Government, Mr. Hu inspected the Kindergartens, the Workers Physical Culture Club, the Central |↓ Executive Department of the Party College, and the School of Forestry. Health And Physiology.

After interviewing the Soviet officials in charge of Public Health Work, Mr. Hu inspected. the Medical Schools and Hospitals, and he was specially impressed with the new Maternity Hospitals provided by the State.

Inspection of the State Bank and the State Treasury followed interest- ing conversations with the Commis sar of Finance on Soviet State Financial policies.

Mode! Education.

The Central Peasants Club and the Central Studio of Scientific Industries were new experiments in educational reform which greatly, impressed Mr. Hu.
